We manufacture a standard range of one piece boring bars at this time. Using the CCMT insert, they are available in diameters 16, 20, 25 and 32mm. With lengths of 50, 70, 85 and 110mm respectively. Also available are bars for the DCMT insert.
Specially sized
We do manufacture specially sized bars for specific applications. We require a drawing of the component, as well as pre machined sizes in the case of a casting. If you have regular work, or very large runs of components, then special tools are the answer to fast and easy work.
Greatly improved
This special bar is 55mm diameter with 5mm coolant hole. The bearing sized bore was recessed into a customer supplied casting and was becoming very hot during machining, as the coolant was not getting to the tool. The result of this was an unacceptable scrap rate. This bar solved the problem, with the casting staying cool during machining, and the acceptance rate was greatly improved.

We do have numerous projects in progress. Some of these are illustrated here. Our philosophy towards all our products is simple.
We will buy local products if the quality matches imported items, and there must be a cost benefit.
Our products must work correctly, and be of real benefit to the user, both in operation, and cost saving. Reducing costs, and cycle times enhances profitability.
