At Heathcote Engineering we take material and machine it into precision components, we pride ourselves in our ability to produce the highest quality products to meet your specifications.

We have two 8″ chuck machines and one 10″ chuck machine.

We manufacture CNC lathe specific boring bars, to our own design and specification.
We have a standard range, and special bars can be made as well.

Engineering at its best!
Established in 1990, with a lathe and a mill, we have grown to our current size with three CNC lathes and two CNC mills. We have a workshop complement of five guys, all of whom have in house training, including programming. We may not be the largest shop around, but then consequently, we are more flexible than many larger operations.
We work to fine tolerances, and are able to accept relatively low volume work.
The majority of our regular customers have been with us for over eight years. Our policy with customers is to work with them so that the end result is what is required, and maybe more importantly, works!
We do accept development work, with a view to production orders following later on.
