Here, at Heathcote Engineering, we strive to ensure machined components meet or exceed customer requirements. To this end, all of our skilled machinists are qualified to perform the best work. We are continually upgrading our skills to meet ever increasing customer expectations.
In addition to our CNC machines, we use CAD/Cam software to realise the most efficient programs that give our customers the best products.
Our on-going goal is to build long term relationships with our customers by providing them with high quality machined components, on time, every time. Most of our current customers have been with us for years.
Customer Collaboration
We have found that by collaborating with customers, on an existing, or new design, that this pays dividends. We offer our input from the machining aspect, that can lead to a reduction is costs, and the customer benefits with a good product, that does the job.
Our Quality Guarantee
We also guarantee our workmanship. We are so confident of our work, that should the work not meet the agreed specification, we will re-supply at our cost, and also include a 10% discount on the cost of the rework.
Material certification is provided where requested.
